INRODUCTION

    Russian-German Merchant Bank (RGM Bank) was established in March 1994 by Ost-West Handelsbank AG (Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany) , a subsidiary of the Russian Central Bank. Our mission is to facilitate the successful trade and investment transactions between East and West .

    RGM Bank was granted License (No. 2747) by the Central Bank of Russia. This license gives RGM Bank the right to offer both its resident and non-resident clients a full range of banking products in Russian rubles and foreign currency , for domestic and international operations.

    RGM Bank is a professional participant of Russian stock market. Bank is a Member of RTS Stock Exchange and Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange ( Money Market, State Securities, Equities and Corporate Bonds sections).

    Bank was licensed by Federal Commission of the Securities Market of the Russian Federation to provide for domestic and foreign clients the following services:
